Having read and used, Mr. Bowen's original edition of this book, some 40 years ago, and having long since given it away to a novice shearer, I recently bought "Wool Away", more for nostalgia than anything else. This was, and still is, the standard for shearing sheep 5/5(5). Silo is a series of post-apocalyptic science fiction books by American writer Hugh Howey.
